i have rest in my laptop at 6 pm but till now its still not opening .Its opening only welcome and one small quarate circle is only completed how much time it will takr

Sorry, I am unable to understand what you are saying.  You say "rest" but from your comments, it sounds like you "reset" it.  Is that true? And if so, WHY did you reset it -- what was the problem you were trying to solve?
