HP 17 Laptop PC 17-cp3000 (799U9AV)

After yesterday update win11 computer crashed, BSOD.

I tried all posibility recover options, last as totall clean up partitions & everything to renew.

Any option i use i see all time, like on picture.

 

Tried reinstall with usb pen, image from microsoft download, but what with my licence...

When i tried i seen reset option do nothing, my structure partition is there

Kindly refer to the steps on this https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_4129273-2331498-16 to update BIOS and let me know if that fixes the issue.

i seen many problems with that update & no solutions

help only remove windows & install from flash/DVD

 

i wish to back to win7, but is there supported drivers?
