Hello,
since i've noticed some problems with the alimentation (battery connected but non charging) i've follow the procedure suggested by your website and check the power's status. the results is this id error: 9U2F1X-86P8MV-MFPX7F-C0EB03
What should i do?
it's still under warranty

You should directly contact HP for your warranty and get the PC fixed for free:
