@Mehmed-Shafwan, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your HP Notebook is set to display the System Information pop-up window at startup, which can be quite annoying. Here are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue:

Change HP System Info HSA Service Startup Type:

  • Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.
  • Type services.msc and press Enter.
  • In the Services window, locate HP System Info HSA Service.
  • Right-click on it and select Properties.
  • Change the Startup type from Automatic to Manual.

Disable Startup Programs:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
  • Go to the Startup tab.
  • Look for any HP-related programs that might be causing the pop-up and disable them.

Selective Startup:

  • Press Windows + R, type msconfig, and press Enter.
  • In the System Configuration window, go to the General tab.
  • Select Selective startup and uncheck Load startup items.
  • Go to the Services tab, check Hide all Microsoft services, and then click Disable all.

These steps should help prevent the System Information pop-up from appearing every time you start your device.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
