Hi. Ih ave tried to implement your very detailed instructions but after carrying out the identifications as in the last sentence in your Step 1 and clicking 'Submit' the next page which came up for me appeared to be different from that described under Step 2. . It did not have a 'Download' button at all. It had a warning about the need to use the current version of Windows 10 followed by a list of various offerrings only ??? As my (HP Envy x 360) suffers a lot of crashes with the 'Application has been blocked ...' message I would be very grateful for your advice on how to proceed.

Hi. First a BIG thank you for working it all out and giving such an excellent guide as to how to do it.
An update: 1) 'Adrenalin2019 Edition 18.12.2 'has been replaced by '....19.4.3' version. This is what I installed and it seems to work. .
2) I discovered after the installation that Windows/Microsoft itself seems to have realised that there is an interface problem with the Radeon Vega and is advising people to upgrade to the current 19.4.3 version and it offers it for installation. https://www.tenforums.com/graphic-cards/7970-latest-amd-radeon-graphics-driver-windows-10-a.html. This might be simpler to install, thouhg of course I did not have to try it myself..
