hi everyone, how to turn on backlight hp elitebook 820 g3 keyboard because on my f1 to f12 keys i dont find a f key that tuns on backlight

There are two options for this model:
Backlit keyboard
No backlit keyboard
Open

Keyboard information - "Hot keys" - Go to Pages 13-14
and
Part Numbers and Country codes >> Go to Page 46
If your keyboard does not have the key for the back light, you do not have a backlit keyboard in your computer.
Example picture of the backlit keyboard for this model - Country code for USA

In the example, the back light key is F3

here is a picture of my keyboard i reviewed the article you sent me above and i compare with my keyboard i think generally my keyboard have no backlight
but when i press fn key with f2 or f3 or esc key they dont work im requesting to help me how to fix this too.

You are welcome.
There is nothing to fix -- the f2 and f3 keys are are blank.
This normally means the keys are not assigned.
It might be possible to assign the blank keys.
The "how to" information is certainly available --
Open your browser and search for "assign function keys windows 10" or something similar.

If you use your computer while it is sitting on your desk (for example, in your home / office),
Consider getting a nice external backlit keyboard.
These are generally connected to your system using a tiny unifier that plugs into your USB port.
Logitech makes (and sells) keyboards and mice that can both use a single unifier.
