I AM LOOKING FOR BASE SYSTEM DEVICE FOR MY NOTEBOOK

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

That would be the Ricoh Card Reader driver. HP doesn't support the HDX9000 any more. I did find this set of drivers for Vista which usually works in Windows 7 too.
