Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

il laptop mod. HP Pavilion x360 - 13-s104nl non si carica quando è acceso. Quando è spento o è in sospensione si carica correttamente fino al 100%. Ho una batteria interna non rimovibile. Ho provato a reinstallare i driver della batteria ed effettuare una risoluzione problemi su batteria. Il test UEFI effettuato su batteria e caricabatteria mi dà uno stato OK. inoltre ho anche provato a ricalibrare ma senza alcun risultato.Cosa posso fare?
