I just bought a new hp pavilion series laptop but I am facing a serious battery draining problem. I don't know what to do so please help me out on this this barely gives backup upto 2-3 hours on full charge,
give me the solution fast.

I too bought the same model and reported the same battery drainage issue - Seems 1.5 hours is the max backup capacity if you are watching video / zoom call etc.
In case you are able to find a solution, let me know.
I also see review comments on HP Product page reporting similar concerns around batter backup of this very same model.
