Hi everybody,
as my battery doesn't work, "connected but not in charge 0%", I done the Hp Hardware diagnostics test and results that there is a battery issue: error ID U4XFSJ-7H09JG-XD7V6K-C09L13. So I both a new battery as suggested in the but when I connected the new battery the Notebook does't turn on, when I connected the charger the state of battery was 0% "and then when I repeat the Hp Hardware diagnostics test the result was the same: error ID U4XFSJ-7G29LS-XD7V6K-C0C913. What could I do? as my warranty is expired.

While it isn't highly probable, but not impossible, you could have received a bad battery. What I would probably try first is leaving the laptop shutdown and plugged in for several hours or overnight then check to see if any difference. You might also try a hard reset to see if it clears the error message.

If nothing helps it could be one of several things. You may have received a bad battery, the battery connector port of the laptop may need cleaning- or the internal charging circuit is bad.
