HP Pavilion 15

I got a terrible battery since the time I charged my laptop and now every 2 mins or 4 it lose 10% of the battery. I don't understand why and how to stop it. Please reply this so I could know what to do.

also when I check they said The battery is functioning correctly, but due to normal aging of the battery, the battery life between charges has reached a point where your battery is no longer useful. The battery may be covered by your HP Warranty. Please contact HP.

I wish we could help you on this but we here are unable to assist you in this issue.

We are just a Community Support forum staffed by part-time volunteers not associated with HP.

We have no access to other HP functional areas and can not help you with those.

These areas include:
-- Billing and invoices
-- Repairs, Service Centers and Technician Visits
-- Sales, Exchanges and Refunds
-- Warranty Repairs and Service

Nor are we able to contact customers -- via chat, via email, or via telephone.

If this device is still under warranty, for direct contact with HP, your best bet is to contact HP Customer Service to see what they will do for you:
