I have HP 250 G8 Notebook P C  . when i try charging it , it does not reach 100% . it is stuck at 66% -69% as it says, 'plugging in not charging' . I tried discharging and recharging, but it does not increase above 69% battery. also uninstalled and reinstalled the AICP drivers but still not working, Then I ran BIOS battery check It says - Primary Replace (42) , primary: Logic State- calibration Require (20), Charging State- Blown Fuse (42)

I don't know what to do. is this a software or hardware issue. please help me ......please solve this problem as soon as possible ,,,     and battery health is 100percent so what is problem...Screenshot (12).png
