When I restart my laptop without charging battery even my battery is 90%, my laptop is auto shutdown before I login my password also a sound like 'tik' comes out . I would like to know is it normal or I don't know what should I do . Please help me guys. I have never had before like that now it is 4 or 5 times happened. Thank you .

There is a battery or hardware problem.  Typically, if you can get into the BIOS setup but the laptop turns off when windows starts there is a battery problem.

 

If windows starts, please run the battery report and post the summary if you want.
You run the battery report by bringing up the administrator command window and running

 powercfg/batteryreport 


as shown below


After entering that explorer line you should see something like the following. You will have to click on it as it is long

Battery should last about 5 years but less for gaming systems.

If you have the tools, a static free surface and some experience with small electronic components, you could open the laptop up, disconnect the cable to the battery and see if windows now starts up.  However, any tech shop can do this for you much more safely.
