Product: HP 250 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC (511W4AV)

Hello good day.

HP G9 250 (777p2es) I'm using the latest version of Windows 11, the battery percentage increases when I put my computer on charge, but when I take it off the charge, 99% sometimes 95% gets stuck, the screen suddenly turns off when the charge ends. In addition, I added 3 languages to the keyboard languages and deleted the others. But I still see the old languages.
