  2. What exactly is happening with the battery, not charging, draining quickly, not detected, or shutting down unexpectedly?
  3. Does the laptop work normally when connected to the AC adapter?
  4. What does the battery icon in Windows show?
  5. Have you noticed any battery swelling, unusual heat, or physical damage?
  6. Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps?
