Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Today when i was working without plugging in, my battery section showed that 69% was remaining but suddenly before reaching to zero it goes off. when i started the pc and opened settings and battery section it was showing the time when pc goes off, the battery saver was on, and battery was also low. but actually, i haven't got any single message of battery saver. i don't know what to do please help
