Product: HP ProBook 430 G2

My laptop would not charge, only if I uninstalling the ACPI battery adapter and turning off the laptop. 

When i run diagnostics ( battery stays on 92% and is not charged) i get the error 42 with id : RE00W.

 

I tried the following:

updating and resetting bios

battery in-out

uninstalling the ACPI battery adapter

i bought a three battery, still does not solve the problem!

 

pls help
