Well from an IT evaluation stand point I feel that the issue is directly related to your system board. I would contact our Customer Service to verify a one time repair to correct your issue if your system is not under warrenty.

When battery is plugged in it shows fully or 96% charge, as soon as it is plugged out, it shows 20%

2. Operating System installed (if applicable)
• Example: Windows XP, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows 7 64-bit
3. Error message (if any)
• Example: ""Low disk space"" error in Windows
4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
