HP Recommended

My HP Envy laptop is not charging and I have already changed adaptor it worked at first but now it is not charging. I bought this laptop April of 2022. i want to know is there any recalls on the battery or how can I get HP to give me a new battery replacement. I only use this laptop for recreational stuff not my job or anything. From what I have seen from my research it's the battery.
