best laptop supporting windows 11-expert recommendation

I have been researching the laptop which is budget friendly and also must support windows 11 and upcoming Windows 12. as my old hp laptop cannot support windows 11 so i am thinking to buy a new laptop which is  recommended by experts who have tested them.I searched about them on Google and read the reviews on popular websites like wirecutter and cnet. Their reviews are good.I found that the wirecutter and cnet is showing up these two laptops as favorites from their trusted sources and after experimenting.

M4 MacBook Air 15-inch
