im looking for a downgrade bios for my hp laptop 15-fd0xxx after i updated my bios my frams have been at 30 and below iv been looking for the laptop on hp drivers but unable to find it.

If you look at the release notes for the BIOS update, you will see that you cannot go back to an earlier version:

 

HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-fd0000 Software and Driver Details

 

- Provides the 2024.1 security enhancement.

NOTE: After this BIOS update is installed, previous BIOS versions cannot be reinstalled.

the bios im on is f.10 should i get the f.10 Rev.A? to see if it would help?

That is the same BIOS you have installed.

 

All HP BIOS files indicate 'Rev A.'
