- Auf meinem HP 15-fd0054ng ist ein unbekanntes BIOS Power-On/Administrator Password gesetzt. Ich kenne das Passwort nicht. Nach drei falschen Eingaben wird das System gesperrt. CMOS Reset 502 wurde bereits durchgeführt, das Passwort bleibt bestehen.

Unfortunately, for problem with passwords you will need to contact an HP agent.

Here is HP's official policy regarding BIOS passwords:
HP Business PCs - Forgotten or lost BIOS password | HP® Support
According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
4d. No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to bypass or subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc., or to bypass any safety measures.
You need to contact an HP agent and explain the problem, or take the PC to an HP authorized repair center.
