Well I got the recovery files on my stick and updates the bios but it still leads to blue screen saying pc/device needs to be repaired error code 0xc000000e  what else can I try the diagnosis say all tests are passed

It doesn't sound to me like your notebook has a BIOS problem.

 

You probably have to reinstall Windows.
