bios update cycle

Hi,
After BIOS update from windows update failed multiple times around 85% on 2nd PSP data update and than aroud 50% in next step,im stuck at BIOS  curruption detected / HP BIOS update screen.
HP BIOS update runs all pahses and ends with both (recovery+vertfy) as failed.
When i insert USB with BIOS recovery from product page i get fail-unable to open BIOS image (USB created & formated using utility).
Therefore i cant acces anything.
Changed parts:SSD WD SSD Blue SN570 Gen3, M.2 - 2TB few months ago
i still own old ssd w all data...does it contain some hidden recovery and i should install it back?

Win +b/v does not produce any beeps but "cant open image screen".
Removing battery and 10 sec power button didnt hleped also.
