Let me guess...

Your notebook is presenting you with an ACPI BIOS error, and you believe that a BIOS update will fix the problem.

A BIOS update will not fix the problem.

What will fix the problem is to go into the BIOS>security menu>find the TPM setting and change it from available to hidden.

Save the setting, exit, restart the PC and the problem should be resolved.

To access the BIOS, turn on or restart the PC.

Immediately tap...tap...tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

Select the F10 setup option and press the Enter key.

FWIW, below are the info and exe file links to the last BIOS update HP released for your notebook (F.54):

If you update the BIOS and change the TPM setting back to 'Available,' you will get the ACPI error again.

Thank you for the help the laptop booted up, now it  will not accept my pin(something happened and your pin is not available message)

You're very welcome.

I believe in that case you will probably have to reinstall Windows.
