bios update fail at block 1516

child deleted the admin on teh computer so I tried to reinstall the os from the recovery partiction.

it then stoppped booting and locked up on the esc button. on a black screen

I then tried to reinstall the Bios as I could no loger f10 into the bios. 

It now fails on a install the bios with windows B at block 1516 and will not go past that.  I have tried booting the laptop with a thumbdrive with the sp83955.exe installed on it.  but it still appears to fail at the same place. 

HELP!!!!

Do you have HP Recovery Media to reinstall Windows?
