Product: OMEN Laptop - 17-cb1707nz
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
my OMEN Laptop - 17-cb1707nz was offered BIOS Version:F.31 Rev.A (sp134251.exe) via the HP support website. Upon installation, the process stopped with the message:
08746F31 (mother board number followed by new Bios Version)
there is not enough free disk space to complete the system Bios and device Firmware update operation. Delete some files to free disk space and try again.
this message is strange, since there is huge disk space available. Please note, my mother board is 8748 05.33, not identical to that on the head of the error message.
my current Bios version is F.20, F.20 is mentioned as previous version on the support page.
can anybody give advice
merci
