Hello @tahseenengineer
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
- Try restarting your PC - press and hold the power-on button for 5-6 seconds until the PC powers off
- If your PC has an external battery, remove it from the PC for a couple of seconds and re-insert it back
- Press the power-on button again to start the machine and check if it will start properly
- If the above did not help, try BIOS recovery in an attempt to restore back your previous BIOS version > here is the official article > https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02693833
Let me know how it goes.

For the "next time", I'd like to share a general recommendation I provide to users/customers - it is NOT to upgrade the PC BIOS/UEFI unless they experience any kind of specific BIOS/UEFI issue. Updating just for updaing and just for using the latest verson is not solution. Any kind of update (no matter for what and who relesed it) can fix 2 issues but may introduce 10 more issues. Additionally, upgrading the BIOS (for any vendor) poses more risks because BIOS recovery is not that easy as compared to typical software updates IF something goes wrong.
Same applies for Windows Updates, OS update, drivers updates, etc - upgrade/update IF you have issues which you know are fixed in the newer version or for some severe security issues. Otherwise, keep the existing version as long as possible.

Did you follow all the steps in the article mentioned above ?
Basically you have 2 ways of BIOS recovery - one is using the internal copy of the old BIOS, the other is by using an external version on a USB pendrive
Based on the model you have provided, this is the BIOS version you can use with a pendrive >> https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-15-bs000-laptop-pc/15551412/model/1712...
- If you did follow all the steps in the article and they did not work as expected, the PC will need to be serviced in a local repair PC store . Please, contact the local HP Support via phone for your country >> https://www8.hp.com/emea_middle_east/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html

No, there should be no problem. You can try.
These previous version(s) can be obtained from the very same link >> https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-15-bs000-laptop-pc/15551412/model/1712...
