I am trying to update the BIOS through the built-in HP Support Assistant application. The installed BIOS version is f23, the new version is f26. After the update, the firmware version did not change, it remained f23. And there is an error Code 10 in the device manager. And there is no f26 firmware on the hp website for the HP Laptop 17-cp2260ng model.Solved! Go to Solution.
