HP Recommended

Hi - I have a hp omen - gaming desktop - amd ryzen 5 5600g - 16gb memory - nvidia geforce rtx 3060 - 1tb ssd that just started asking for a key when I bounce the box.  I don't ever remember getting one and definitely didn't turn on drive encryption. I have checked all the accounts I can think of on microsoft but can't find it.  I did buy the PC preloaded as an OMEN but never got it registered with HP.  I checked my onedrive and see lots of docs and photos but no keys.  Anywhere else I could look?  3 days dead in the water with no PC>
