hello. we got our bit locker recoverykey deleted. I'd like u to know that 48 digit code of our pc's recovery key.

Hi:

 

See this link from Microsoft.

 

Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support

 

If that doesn't help, your only option would be to reinstall Windows.


Since you will be unable do decrypt the drive without the BitLocker recovery key, all data on the drive is forever lost.
