Product: HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15-eb0043dx

Cannot locate Bitlocker key.  Purchased computer with Windows installed.  Is it possible that manufacturer's Support and help locate or recover?  Looked in Microsoft account for device but did not have one there.

It has Windows 10 Home (64-bit). Can I request a key?
