Product: HP OMEN Notebook - 15-5211na (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi , lately I've had an issue with my hp omen nootebook 

im having a black screen on startup with continuously blinking caps lock but the hardware components are on but unfortunately the screen stays black 

also the battery is dead and one of my fans is broken .

 

any advice what should I do ???
