I submitted my HP Care Pack rebate request within 7 days after the 3 year expiration date in April and have never received the check. I have sent multiple requests to the email address listed on the rebate form and the web page with no response. There are a lot of messages here about this same issue. I have never had a problem with HP before and am really surprised this is happening. Is there a number that I can call to actually speak to someone about this? Thank you

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial number, phone number, email ID, etc., on your public post.

 

- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click here for information on how to find the model number/product number).

- Error messages (if any) on the unit.

- When was the last time it was working fine?

- Were there any changes made to your PC recently?

 

Could you please elaborate the issue in detail?

Did you read my message??

I am not talking about a device, I am talking about the riskfree carepack. I would like to be refunded as I have not used it, I emailed focus.crc@hp.com as HP representative told me, and they are not responding.

I sent them a email Nov 1 and I didn't even get a confirmation email.

 

IS THE RISK FREE CARE PACK A SCAM???
