**bleep** is up with hp site? been here for 2 hrs trying to DL drivers b4 fnew install..goes in circles?

Is there something im missing here? ive been on the support site of 2 hrs trying to DL drivers before a wipe, hp site just keeps going in circles is there another web site to DL ffrom?
