Hello , i need a little bit of help with a windows 10 error , it appered after i restart my laptop because it froze(it was its first start on windows 10)after i restarted my laptop it opened normal but after the windows 10 logo disappered it gave me this error. sometimes it tells me automatic repair under the windows 10 logo but after that it just takes me to a black screen that doesn't do anything i can't open the f8 menu because my f8 on the keyboard doesn't work and i can't buy a new one at the moment

@Ianazteca I'm afraid this device is not designed for the Windows 10, you may want to switch back to the OEM (Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit) as it was the factory shipped OS as per the product specifications listed here.
You can make use of the HP Recovery media to revert to original factory settings: click here for details on how to get one, if you don't have it.

@Ianazteca I'm afraid this device is not designed for the Windows 10, you may want to switch back to the OEM (Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit) as it was the factory shipped OS as per the product specifications listed here.
You can make use of the HP Recovery media to revert to original factory settings: click here for details on how to get one, if you don't have it.

oh my bad it isn't a program but i'm still not sure how should i do anything to switch it back to windows 7 because i don't have a windows 7 usb or dvd and i don't know how should i use the HP Recovery media because i don't know how to enter on it

@Ianazteca If you don't have an HP Recovery media and have attempted reset using the windows troubleshooter or a retail copy of windows, you'll need to order a recovery media: Click here for steps (as mentioned before) Or you may also attempt to download the same using the steps on this link: click here
