Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I noticed my fan was running for an extended period, the bottom of the laptop was very hot. When I tried to use the screen came on blue, with no information. I pressed esc key and got to troubleshooting screen. Ran the tests, Blue screen with errors: Hard Drive/SSD Short DST Check: WARNING. 

Hard Drive/SSD Extensive Test: Hard Drive/SSD Short DST Check: WARNING and Hard Drive/SSD Optimized DST Check: WARNING. 

I have replaced the SSD w/ Crucial P5 Plus 1TB PCle M.2 2280SS unit but not I do not have a boot device, please install operating system on your hard disc.

How do I recover this from my old SSD? The software from Crucial wont work because my computer wont boot.

Can I copy anything from old drive to a different laptop and load onto new drive? Can I get the old licensing key for my old Windows software?
