Hi:

Your only option would be to replace the Ralink wifi card with this model...

Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11bgn 1×1 + BT 4 LE Combo Adapter   HP part # 753077-001.

You should be able to find the card on eBay or Alie Express.

Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card.

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the wifi card removal and replacement procedure.

Before installing the Realtek card, uninstall all Ralink Bluetooth device and drivers in the device manager, and if there is any Rallink Bluetooth software in the Windows control panel>programs section, uninstall that too.

thank you for your efforts . I deleted Bluetooth adapter from device manager, Is this ok to solve BSOD?

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, that I do not know.

It may since you uninstalled the driver but when you restart the PC, the driver will probably get reinstalled again.

You can try disabling the device and see if that helps.

The best thing to do, though it is not the easiest thing to open up the notebook would be to get rid of that lousy Ralink card.

It does not work right on W10.

ok, thank you so much, am going to replace my WIFI card
