hi, from the beginning with my HP there were problems ( I have it almost 2 years) at first the blue screen appeared once a week, now every time I use the computer. Diagnostics ok, all updates ok, tests ok, I have no idea what could be wrong anymore.

Hi @natt87__99,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
I understand that you are facing issues with the blue screen.
Disabling the automatic restart option to view error messages
- Errors might occur but not display if Automatic restart is enabled. Disable this option to allow the computer to display error messages instead of restarting. You might be able to use the information in the error message to resolve the issue.
- In Windows, search for and open View advanced system settings.
- In the Startup and Recovery section, click Settings.
- Remove the check mark next to Automatically restart, and then click OK.
- Restart the computer.
- The computer no longer restarts automatically when a problem occurs. Instead, a blue screen displays useful information. You can search for a resolution using the information in the error.
Click here for the remaining steps.
Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.
