My dads laptop kept telling him to upgrade to windows 11 so he did and it was working fine. Next day he turned it on to find the blue screen of death. iI have done all the trouble shooting but just goes back to the blue screen. When i try to upload windows from my flash drive it keeps saying drivers missing. where can i get the hp drivers to down load to flash drive to try upload to my dads laptop. Its the only thing left to try and if that does not work then i think he will need new hard drive. Thanks in advance

Hi:
Unfortunately, I don't know why Windows 10 would be asking for storage drivers to install on that model.
I recommend that since the notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool, that you use that on another PC running W7 64 bit or newer to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with the notebook. You will need to use a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media.
Here is an info link for how to use the cloud recovery tool...

Hi:
What is the full model number or product number of the notebook?
