Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand new laptop. midway through first Windows update pc entered blue screen stop code  screen. PROCESS1 INITIALIZATION FAILED..  have tried all Reset and trouble shooting options to no effect..  very frustrating... any ideas?

Hello,

if you can get into the system, I suggest you look at the crash dump to find the cause and prevent the error from repeating. If your computer doesn't even start, you'll have to wait for someone more experienced than me to reply.
