I’m hoping someone can help me reinstall Windows 10.  I’m traveling and only have access to my iPad Pro to download driver data needed to continue with the install of Windows 10.  I purchased the USB from Best Buy but it can’t install because it’s unable to find the hard drive.  All available drivers for the laptop have been downloaded.  When I insert the flash drive with the driver files, it starts to install (green bar goes to almost half) then stops and says no driver files found.

When your PC won’t boot normally and it shows BSOD with error code 0XC000021A, there are few reasons behind the issue. These reasons are as:

  • The interference of external devices
  • Corrupt device drivers or incorrect configuration
  • Corrupt or damage Window registry
  • Premature unload of wbmprox.dll library
  • An installed tool that's incompatible with an operating system

However, to fix the issue, you can try the below mentioned DIY methods:

  1. Unplug external devices
  2. Repair corrupt system files
  3. Uninstall recently installed software/hardware
  4. Run DISM command
  5. Reset BIOS
  6. Restore your System
  7. Reset Windows
  8. Reinstall Windows OS

Hope it will help!
