Hi  @HarvyHanyrefaat

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

I understand how concerning this can be, especially when system stability is affected. I'll be glad to help you troubleshoot this further.

To better assist you, could you kindly provide the following details?

  • HP Device Product number (P/N) - click here for steps
  • Is Windows able to boot normally, or does the blue screen appear every time you start the PC?
  • Are you receiving any specific blue screen error message or stop code? If yes, kindly share the exact code or a photo of the screen.
  • Have there been any recent hardware changes (RAM, storage, peripherals) or software updates prior to the issue?

In the meantime, you may also try the following basic checks:

  1. Disconnect all external devices except the keyboard, mouse, and power adapter.
  2. Start the PC and perform HP Hardware Diagnostics (F2 at startup, if accessible).
  3. If Windows loads, check for pending Windows updates and driver updates.

Once you share the model details and the blue screen error code, we can provide more specific troubleshooting steps and help determine whether this is related to the BIOS update, a driver issue, or hardware instability.

I hope this helps.

I'm an HP Employee.
