broken r and x key

I have the omen 15 inch 2020 model and have now experienced my x and r key not working at all anymore, even as I type this I'm having to use my onscreen keyboard. I have seen where many other people who have the same model as mine are having the same problem with their x and r. I've tried replacement keys, drivers and windows updates, and even replacing the keys themselves and they still do not work. Does HP offer any way to repair this issue themselves or am I left with a useless keyboard for an otherwise good laptop?
