Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9Y3AV)

Hi there! Since I bought my HP laptop in June, all the browser I install in go in crash after a while (Edge, Chrome). Firefox doesn't even run: a crash description appears immediately. I did several HP guided tests without any results. I did a system restore following the indications of official HP assistence but the problem is still there.
Any help? many thanx
