@Destiny254, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're trying to bypass the administrator PIN on your HP notebook, it's important to clarify whether you're referring to:

  1. Windows login PIN or password
  2. BIOS/UEFI administrator password

Let me guide you through both scenarios:

Windows Login PIN or Password

If you've forgotten your Windows PIN or password, follow these steps:

 For Microsoft Account Users:

  • Visit the Microsoft Account Recovery page to reset your password.
  • Once reset, use the new password to log in.

For Local Account Users:

If another administrator account exists on the PC:

  • Log in with that account.
  • Go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Manage another account.
  • Select the locked account and click Change the password.

If no other account is available:

  • You may need to perform a system recovery. HP recommends backing up data if possible.

BIOS/UEFI Administrator Password

If you're locked out of BIOS due to an administrator password, HP cannot reset or bypass it for security reasons. However, here are your options:

If You Know the Password:

  • Restart the notebook and press F10 repeatedly to enter BIOS.
  • Navigate to Security > Change Password.
  • Enter the current password, then set a new one.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
