Product: HP 15 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP JumpStart pops up on my screen every time I load up my computer and says that I need to find a file named "SetupHPJumpStartLaunch.msi" Which I don't have. So, I have resulted in coming here for help. I understand that another person had this problem and I went down to click the link to fix this problem but the link leads me to a tab where it says-

Service Unavailable - DNS failure

.So I just came here to see if I could get a new link to find the same problem that others have solved. Thank you.

There is a service interruption for support sites and many related links in HP.

HP is aware of the problem and is working on restoring service.

Hang in there and try again later.
