can i get a recovery disk for my (HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 17-cd0000ne)?

Hi:

 

You should be able to make your own USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool.

If not, you would have to contact HP Middle East customer service and see if you can order recovery media.

thanks dear for your reply, but the problem by mistake i formatted the SSD and i lost every think like extra app and HP setting also the window so i want  to get a recovery disk for every thing (extra HP app(software ) and setting) can i do it?

You're very welcome.

 

As I wrote yesterday, you are going to have to contact HP in Jordan or where ever you can get in touch with a HP customer services rep in the middle east.

 

No one on this forum can help you get a recovery disk since we don't work for or represent HP.

 

Also, the HP cloud recovery tool will create the same media that HP would send you.

 

It will restore your notebook's hard drive to its 'out of the box' condition with W10, the drivers and software that originally came with your PC.

I contacted HP in Jordan (

Scientific & Medical Supplies Co)

and they told me (sorry we cant order or get your recovery disk for your laptop!!!🤣)..
