Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought laptop with Original OEM windows from HP. When I was purchasing laptop, there was no Bios. So that my windows Didn't wake from sleep mode. It went to switch off. Then I had to connect the charger and restart it again. I didn't know there is no Bios. So I took it to nearest shop and Told the problem. They told that Remove the windows and put again. I told them I don't know how to do this. Then They ask 5$ to do that. Then they changed my windows. But still problem was remaining as same.

After that they told they is no BIOS update, Give 20$ then we can do it. But I'm poor so went away with my laptop. Now My windows is activated with Crack. I don't have enough money to buy OEM key. I have only 1$. Can I get may my windows original OEM key from HP company By  using verification of product???

@Nifal

You are mistaken in several areas.

First, if there is no BIOS, the laptop simply will not start -- as that is required for it to run at all.  So, that is incorrect.

Second, HP does not sell or provide OEM product keys; instead, those come embedded in the BIOS firmware of the laptop when you buy it.  So, there is no way to get a key.

Third, we do not provide support of any kind for PCs that are running "cracked" versions of Windows -- as that is piracy, plain and simple.

Basically, you will have to go out and buy a legal version of Windows and have it installed.

An alternative, if the PC is 2016 era or newer, is using the information below to download and create your own recovery media from which you could then restore your PC:  If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.

The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.
