can i putt a pcle nvme gen4 x4 ssd in my HP ENVY Laptop 13-ba1063cl (50V32UA)

Your service manual (on pages 1-2) states that your model has M.2 slot which is PCIe gen3.

You can install a gen4 NVMe SSD, but it'll run at gen3 read/write speeds.
